Why volunteering at ESC?
Introduction and information
The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) is a initiative by the European Union to create opportunities for young people to take part in projects to promote solidarity between the countries and to local communities.
You can apply for a project that suits you the most. Are you interested in any special country or culture or is the topic of your project most important?
Who?
Young people being legal resident to one of the EU member states or the following states
• North Macedonia and Turkey
• Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway
• Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia
• Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine
• Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia
• Russian Federation
Age?
18-30 y/o
How?
1. Join the Corps by starting a registration and signing up here.
2. Find your project.
3. Find a sending organisation.
4. Get your contract and start volunteering/internship etc.
About Us
As European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteers, we are helping out with youth activities, social media promotion at Hyvärilä Youth and Holiday Centre, Nurmes, Finland and having an exciting journey experiencing Finnish lifestyle.
